Scope of Project:  Integration of DASK’S  Natural Disaster Risk Management System (NDRMS) with the SAP Claim Management System, SAP (CM), provides for the transfer of claim files between systems, the opening of building-based or aggregate claim files, the viewing of DASK representatives’ real-time physical locations, the transfer of policy locations from NDRMS to SAP (CM), and the viewing in NDRMS of incident details opened in SAP (CM).
